“I am incredibly excited about it,” Frey shared. “North Carolina has been one of my dream schools since I was little. I believe transitioning to a new training environment will be beneficial. Having lived here my entire life, I’m eager to further enhance my game at UNC.”
Her affiliation with UNC extends beyond the court, encompassing a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deal with the university. Furthermore, Anna’s marketability as both a tennis player and influencer has attracted international endorsements, including partnerships with renowned companies Fila and Head. “I believe women’s sports are currently experiencing tremendous growth,” Frey observed. “Coupled with the advancements in the NIL landscape, it’s truly an opportune time for female athletes.”

“I recently received a huge package of Nerds candies,” Frey mentioned with a laugh. “Though my siblings have already devoured most of it, I barely got any!”
